Today in this article of eduCBA we will go through all essential information of the both software for getting more and more familiar with them. Later collaboration and prototyping features also added in Sketch’s feature list. It is initially designed for web-based platform but later with Figma Mirror companion apps its capability enhanced for mobile devices and now you can also use it with Android and IOS platforms but if we talk about Sketch then it is also a vector graphics editing software and initially it works for User interface and User experience of websites as well as mobile apps but there was no print design features with it. There's no point in choosing the Photoshop CC application plan when you can just get the Photography plan for merely 13 euros per month.Figma vs Sketch is best question for understanding both software in better way and here Figma is vector graphics editing software which also works as prototype tool. Might as well be a LEGIT PS which is up to date at all times. I occasionally do photography as well so I definitely do need to have PS around. I personally feel very iffy about "renting" a program like this but then again, as a grown up with a steady job, 13€/month really isn't a big of a deal. Also, if Photoshop ever gets any updates then you'll get the benefit from them. Then again, Photoshop CC follows a monthly payment plan which you can cancel any time you want. CS6 won't be outdated and super old in years but these things tend to move forward fast and if you ever want to update to a newer version then you'll need to get CC anyways. However, there's always a risk in owning an outdated version. However, at least here in Finland, Photoshop CS6 is no longer available in any store. That way, once you're done with the payments the program is your own completely. If you are able to, then I'd definitely get regular Photoshop CS6 with a monthly payment plan. Then there are also student and business licenses but obviously those aren't for the regular user. I doubt you would need the extended edition. Extended editions are always more expensive and apparently include some extra tools (3D tools I guess, someone correct me if I'm wrong?). I don't mean you here OP, I mean the people who actually spout this nonsense around as if it's legit and OK.Īs far as I've seen, PS comes in regular and extended editions. In short, talking about it in public like that is plain stupid. Since the 90's I've been completely and utterly baffled about people talking about piratism as if it's completely OK and harmless. Whenever someone talks about "getting a program free from the internet" they're talking about piratism which is wrong and illegal.
